At noon on July 22, 2024, Viet Nga Agri had the honor of welcoming the Rize team to visit and work at the company’s headquarters.

Rize is an Agri-Tech company headquartered in Singapore, established through a joint venture between Temasek, Wavemaker Impact, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and GenZero. The company aims to make sustainable rice farming a reality through advanced practices such as Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD), Direct Seeded Rice (DSR), and post-harvest straw management in Vietnam, Indonesia, and across South and Southeast Asia.

The visit featured the participation of Mr. Dhruv Sawhney (Founder & CEO), Mr. Tran Duc Hai Du (Managing Director of Rize Vietnam), and several key members of the Rize leadership team.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in open discussions on optimal fertilizer application, trends in sustainable rice cultivation, and promising opportunities to implement new agricultural technologies in Dong Thap Province and the Mekong Delta region.

During the field visit, the delegation toured Viet Nga Agri’s modern headquarters, experiencing a dynamic and creative working environment that encourages innovation and growth among employees.

The delegation also visited Viet Nga Agri’s fertilizer production plant and warehouse complex in Cao Lanh, where the company’s leadership introduced the production capacity, manufacturing processes, and machinery systems used in fertilizer production.
In addition, they toured the modern laboratory, equipped with advanced instruments supporting fertilizer sample testing and analysis.

This meeting was not only an opportunity for information exchange but also opened up great prospects for future business cooperation between Viet Nga Agri and Rize.
