Application Submission Process<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The procedure for applying for a Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Trading consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The enterprise submits the application dossier directly or by post to the Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection, or to another specialized agency for plant protection and quarantine authorized by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) to handle administrative procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within 10 working days from the date of receiving a complete application dossier, the receiving authority will review and verify the submitted documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the application meets the requirements, the authority will conduct an on-site inspection of the trading conditions at the organization or individual\u2019s premises and prepare an inspection report using Form No. 12, Appendix I, issued together with Decree No. 84\/2019\/N\u0110-CP.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vietnga.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/mau-so-12-phan-bon-791x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"1024\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the inspection results meet all requirements, within 03 working days from the inspection\u2019s completion, the authority will issue the Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Trading according to Form No. 11, Appendix I, under Decree No. 84\/2019\/N\u0110-CP.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vietnga.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/mau-so-11-791x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"1024\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Processing_Time\"><\/span>5.
