Impressed by the yield of over 900kg/plot/1000m2 achieved by Mr. Thach Kim Hoang with Viet Nga fertilizer.

Present at Mr. Hoang’s rice field amidst the joyful harvest day, the technical team from Viet Nga Fertilizer was there to listen attentively as he sincerely shared his feelings about the quality of the products he used for his rice crop!

This winter-spring season, the model of using specialized rice fertilizers from Viet Nga Fertilizer Company was implemented on a field in Tra Vinh province with an area of ​​over 5000m2, using the Chicken Rice (ML202) variety grown by Mr. Thach Kim Hoang, resulting in outstanding yields compared to neighboring rice-growing areas.

Over a period of more than 3 months of care, with technical guidance from specialists from Viet Nga Fertilizer, from sowing (December 6, 2023) to harvesting (March 12, 2024), Mr. Hoang used Viet Nga fertilizer in 3 stages. Specifically, in stages 1 & 2, he used NPK 22-15-8+TE at 12kg/1000m2, and in stage 3, he used NPK 19-7-25+TE at 16kg/1000m2.

He said that when he registered for the Viet Nga Fertilizer Demonstration Model, he was a little nervous because he didn’t know if the fertilizer would be suitable and effective for his land, and whether it would yield the productivity he expected. However, after just a few days of applying the fertilizer for the first time, he felt reassured by the results the product delivered.

Although the rice plants are not green, they sprout well, producing uniform shoots, with 4 to 5 shoots per plant. The leaves are upright, thick, and require little care and are low-cost due to their simple application without mixing and resistance to pests and diseases.

On the day of the second fertilization, Viet Nga Fertilizer visited to check on Mr. Hoang’s rice crop. He expressed his surprise, saying, “The rice plants have long, numerous roots. In just 20 days, the plants have produced three offspring per mother plant, and they are very uniform. When using Viet Nga Fertilizer, the rice plants are not green, but have a lemon-yellow color, yet they still develop uniformly compared to single fertilizers. The leaves are upright, the plants are large, and it saves costs because there are no pests or diseases, no need for mixing, and a lot of time is saved. Therefore, I recommend that farmers use Viet Nga Fertilizer; it’s effective, doesn’t require mixing, and produces large, uniform rice plants with fewer pests and diseases.”

Mr. Lam, a neighboring rice farmer, said he was very impressed with Mr. Hoang’s rice field. The rice was lemon-yellow, free from pests and diseases, with thick leaves and a bushy growth habit. Compared to his own field, it was far superior. Although they fertilized at the same time, his rice suffered from many pests and diseases despite spraying pesticides 2-3 times, and its growth was poor, not as good as Mr. Hoang’s field. He also added that he would look into the Viet Nga fertilizer that Mr. Hoang was using to apply it to his field in the upcoming season.

Mr. Dam, the owner of an agricultural supplies store in Tieu Can district, who collaborated with Viet Nga Fertilizer to bring their products to the district, honestly shared: “This rice crop is 20 days old, we used one fertilizer application and the second one was applied yesterday. The rice plants are healthy, producing four offspring per mother plant, and all are developing evenly, with compact, green, thick, upright leaves, and few pests and diseases. According to the local people, Viet Nga fertilizer is very suitable for the soil in Tra Vinh, and I will continue to cooperate and bring more Viet Nga products to the farmers in the future!”

On the third fertilization day, having applied the full range of specialized rice fertilizers from Viet Nga, Mr. Hoang was extremely satisfied with the results. He used 16kg/1000m2 (1 công), and the plants grew well, with 4 to 5 tillers per plant, developing very uniformly, and without pest or disease attacks. He affirmed that the fertilizer is suitable for this land, requires less labor, is low-cost, and will yield a large profit.

“During the first lactation period, the plants produced many tillers, with 3-4 offspring per mother plant. Using Viet Nga fertilizer, the color is not dark green like other mixed fertilizers, but lemon yellow. The plants tillered well, grew evenly, and had fewer pests and diseases. For over 40 days since sowing, we haven’t sprayed any pesticides. There were some pests and diseases, but they were negligible. It’s very suitable for this Tra Vinh region,” Mr. Dam, who was also present, shared his feelings about the effectiveness of the fertilizer.

On March 12, 2024, which was the rice harvest day, Mr. Hoai was very surprised by the yield achieved, with over 15 bags/1000m2, or more than 900kg/1000m2, higher than in previous seasons. This result exceeded his expectations because, according to him, a yield of 800 or 850kg/1000m2 is usually considered very good and a bumper crop during the winter-spring season, but using Viet Nga’s fertilizer system, the yield reached over 900kg.

With yields exceeding expectations, he became even more confident in the quality of Viet Nga fertilizers and shared the techniques and products he used to care for his crops with his neighbors.

Mr. Tinh, a neighboring rice farmer, also shared his surprise at the quality of Viet Nga fertilizer on Mr. Hoai’s field, noting that the granules were large and shiny, and predicted that the rice crop would yield a high harvest of over 1000 kg/acre.
