Market Development Officer

POSITION: MARKET DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

WORK LOCATION: Dong Thap and other Mekong Delta provinces

WORK LOCATION: In charge of the market in one of the Mekong Delta provinces (Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Long An, Hau Giang, Vinh Long, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Ca Mau), or the Southeast – Central Highlands market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Promote and sell the Company’s products in the assigned area.
• Sell directly to dealers and expand the market according to the set plan.
• Achieve sales targets and take responsibility for the assigned sales according to plan.
• Research the market and propose potential customers to grow the business effectively.
• Collect and handle customer complaints about products.
• Work with the Receivables Accountant to track and collect dealer receivables on time.
• Prepare weekly/monthly work plans and report regularly on business performance to superiors.

NUMBER OF POSITIONS:

• Within the province: 05 people
• Outside the province: 30 people

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or higher in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Crop Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, agricultural inputs or related fields.
• Passionate about sales, confident in communication, with negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Quick, sharp, proactive, friendly and cheerful.
• Committed to long-term employment.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, ambitious and able to work under pressure.
• A serious, enthusiastic and honest work attitude.
