POSITION: DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

WORK LOCATION: 710 Nguyen Hue Street, My Tra Ward, Dong Thap Province.

Job description

Managing & optimizing Digital Marketing channels

• Build & implement Digital Marketing strategies on Facebook, Google, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube and the website.
• Manage & optimize the fanpage, website and landing pages to increase engagement & attract customers.
• Carry out website SEO and optimize content to improve search rankings on Google.

Running & optimizing digital advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Plan & run Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Zalo Ads campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze & optimize CPC, CPM, CTR and ROAS to ensure the best performance.
• Propose & test new advertising campaigns to expand the market.

Managing customer data & CRM

• Collect & analyze customer data from digital channels to optimize campaigns.
• Manage the list of potential customers (leads), track behavior & propose remarketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to implement email marketing, chatbots and marketing automation.

Evaluating & reporting Digital Marketing performance

• Track KPIs & prepare reports on traffic growth, customer conversions and advertising effectiveness.
• Make data-driven optimization recommendations & keep up with new Digital Marketing trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

• University/college degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
• Candidates with experience in the fertilizer, agriculture, FMCG or B2B sectors are preferred.

Professional skills:

• Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Zalo Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM and Email Marketing.
• Able to analyze data, optimize budgets & measure campaign performance.
• Basic image & video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere are an advantage).

Personal skills:

• Proactive, creative and quick to pick up digital trends.
• Good teamwork, working closely with Content & Trade Marketing.
• Able to handle work pressure, eager to learn & grow.
