Market Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– In charge of promoting and selling the company’s products in the assigned area.
– Sales to Distributors and market development according to the plan.
– Be responsible and accomplish the sales target according to the plan.
– Research the market and propose potential customers to develop business efficiency.
– Collect and handle customer complaints about products.
– Coordinating with the Accountant to monitor and collect the Distributor’s debts on time.
– Make weekly/monthly work plans and business reports to the Sales Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Gender: Male, between 22-35 years old.
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, or other related majors.
– Having a passion for business and confidence in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
– Quick, responsive, proactive, and friendly.

WORKING LOCATION: In charge of one of the provinces: Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Long An, Hau Giang, Vinh Long, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Ca Mau.
